SunspaceStatus

About this page

This page reports the availability of Sunspace services. Checks run every 60 seconds from probes in several regions, and the results are published here without manual review.

How status is determined

A service is marked operational when all probes complete successfully within the expected time budget. It is marked degraded when responses succeed but exceed that budget, and partial outage when some probes fail while others succeed.

Uptime calculation

Daily uptime is the share of successful checks that day. The percentage shown next to each service is the mean over the last 90 days. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

Incidents

An incident is opened when a service leaves the operational state for more than five consecutive minutes. Updates are appended as the situation changes, and the incident is closed once the service has been stable for an hour.
